Secondary display died on me

I've got a Gigabyte Maya II 9700 pro card with a two monitor setup.

However, recently I've also be taking advantage of the TV out function
and I've been regularly swapping between 2 display and TV-out mode (at
least once a day).

This morning, on turning on the PC I can no longer get the secondary
display to work in either mode.

The drivers seem to recognise that there's something plugged in to the
secondary port but when trying to activate, it thinks for a few
seconds and then grays the option out.

I'm using the latest Catalyst drivers with the latest Control Center
software.

Tried on three monitors and all work fine on primary display.

I've also tried...

rolling back to a previous set of drivers.
Uninstalling all Ati drivers/software and reinstalled
Taking the card out and reseating it

Have I killed my card?

Are there any diagnostic programs out there that could help me work
out if this is a software or hardware issue?
