Default Max Memory Upgrade for 1200XL Laptop?

Has anyone ever tried to put in a 512 meg module into this laptop. Did
it work?

I have a 1200XL530

Default

I show a 12XL530 that ships with 192MB (64 onboard) with a max RAM of 320.
It must have a 128MB SODIMM in one of the 2 memory slots or it just has 1
slot and you have to replace the 128 with a 256MB SODIMM.
