Can anybody tell me the name of those spring-loaded knurled-headed
screws that are press-fitted into the front panels of the ProLiant rack
servers, used to secure said beast into said rack?

I'm trying to get hold of a few to fill in the holes in a couple of
machines and it would help if I knew their proper name. Also, can
anybody tell me where I can procure them? Preferably in Australia.

I never throw those things away. I have several dozen. They are one of
my favorite ProLiant features.

They are called captive thumbscrews. I don't know a source.

I've only ever bought the one machine that didn't have one missing.

Thats because I have been hopping around the globe and grabbing every
one I see.

How about one of these.. It's been a long time since I monkeyed around
with rack mounted equipment (while I do have a rackmount server, it's
not in a rack yet).. Anyway, found this on google :
