Default Details needed for 3D movies via computer

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what exactly is required to setup a computer so
that I may view 3D Blueray movies (such as Tron Legacy 3D or Alice in
Wonderland).
What type of video card is required - can you give me some actual
recommendations?
What type of monitor is required - can you give me actual
recommendations?
Will special software be required (I am running Win 7 64-bit with 3GB
RAM and 2.4Ghz processor); if so ,what exactly is needed?
Anything else that would be required to view such movies on my
computer? (I realize I'll need a DVD player that plays Blueray disks)

The whole 3D thing is new and confusing to me.
Your help is appreciated.
Regards.
