MOBO for Vid Card?

is that compatible with GeForce6800*OC 128MB DDR AGP 8x/4x/2x already got the video card so im looking for a decent MOBO that it will be compatible with.. also looking for a good processor to go with both.. any help would be greatly appreciated

opps, that is the DFI, yeh, good choice, I have this board, now stick ya a
