Default Dumping Physical Memory??

Claus Christensen put me in my place by writing

Hi all.
I have a problem that seems to get worse. Once in a while my pc goes
to Blus screen and says something about " Dumping Physical Memory" and
give me a butt load of numbers. Then it counts to about 75 and then it
reboots. WIN2000 Service Pack 3.
What's up with that??
TIA
C

Could be a driver issue, or bad chunk of hardware. Without more specific
details it is hard to say.
