Default Apparent bad driver for MS Access - should I report it?

Running the latest service packs for winxp and office 2002, I've noticed
very strange scroll bar behaviors on my ATI Radeon 9800 (sapphire). Only
this one machine has these problems so I guess it's the video driver (I
just installed the latest and no change). Is there any point in
reporting the bug to ATI? If so, a url? I've not seen the odd behavior
with any other application than Access 2002.

Thanks
