Default Motherboard benchmarking software on floppy?

Hi NG!

Do you know of a good motherboard performance/integrity testing
software that fits on a floppy (preferrably bootable) so I don't need
to use my hard drives? I'm going to change some capacitors on my
mainboard and don't want to risk blowing everything up.
Please redirect me if you think that I'm on the wrong group.

Thanks a lot,
Bernd Haller

PS: for crusty details take a look at my post on
alt.comp.mainboards.abit entitled "Explosive capacitors - and how to
replace them?"
