Default Nvidia drivers and TV Tuner

I can only get TV image to display if I set the Nvidia drivers to 8bit
color. Didn't have this issue when using the same TV Tuner with an ATI
video card.

My TV Tuner software had an option for enhanced video mode or disabled. Had
to set it to disabled. This turns off video overlay mode and fixed my
issue.
