Multi Monitor on AIW9600 Question

Is it possible to get the MMC TV Tuner to display on the secondary
monitor? For the life of me I can't seem to drag the app over there, but
I can with everything else!

Other than that, seems like a sweet card!

I can't get the window of video there either. I can get the window there
using my shift F2 key, but its blank. I use shift, F1, F2 for moving windows
to my different monitors.
