Default NF7-S V2 Alarm goes on then shut Down

My system started freezing so I notice high temps 45 to 50, I decided to
blow out all the dust and put some AS5 on my cpu and put back my heatsink
and fan , when I turn on my system it powered up then an alarm came on and
shut down the system, the alarm just stays on, Does any one have any idea.

CPU fan plugged into the correct header?
CPU heatsink properly installed?

Hi, what would happen if my CPU get to much AS5 on it, would it
cause the cpu not to work, it power up but then shuts down and the alarm
sound off. Fan ,chip and heatsink installed properly. Could something happen
to the board, when I was removing heatsink with my srew driver I accidently
hit my board , would this cause the proplem..
Thanks,
Miller
