5000A - Trying to get rid of ACPI
Install 2K as ACPI then change it to Standard PC from Device Manager.
-- ---------------------------------------------------------------- "Rick" wrote in message ... I'm doing a Win2K installation and am trying to install without ACPI, but when I press F5 and select "Standard PC", Win2K install gives an error message that a keyboard cannot be found. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Any workarounds other than enabling ACPI? Danke, Rick |

Thanks, but I've already tried that. There's no keyboard or mouse
control after rebooting. Rick "David B." wrote in message ...
