a7n8x-x (2100 DDR) Memory Frequency?

my question:

on the post screen it says single data memory mode activated at 133 mHz.
now the system is working correctly, but shouldnt it say double data rate,
at 266 mHz since i have 2100 DDR which is 266 mHz?

main specs
a7n8x-x
athlon xp 2200 +
512 mb ddr (2100)
Radeon 9600 Pro 128 DDR

i went in the bios, it was all percentages, am i wrong its suppose to be at
133, or what do i do?
