How to test a UPS

I have 2 UPS that have problem. They do a continuing noise and don't have
any light. Does it have a way to test them to know what is the problem? how
to know if it is the battery??? how to test the battery to be sure it is
death?

Maybe I dont understand your problem correctly, for this must sound very
obvious:
Disconnect the UPS from main-power to simulate a power-outage and see what
happens with the connected equipment.

Read the manual to determine what the noise and light signify.

If the battery isn't holding a charge then you can simply open the
unit (the battery hatch that is, while the UPS is unplugged from AC
wall outlet), and use a voltage meter to measure voltage. It is fine,
in fact good, for the UPS to be making noise and lights while
measuring the voltage, as this would be a slight load. Voltage should
be very near that specified on the battery(s), probably 12V each.

If your UPS has been used significantly until the batteries were
drained or it is aged more than a couple years it is likely the
battery, needing replaced.
