Default Need info: 5000T vs: 7500

I have a 5000T (5BW) with motherboard 191767-102 that has been a little worn
out an needs replacing...

What is the difference between this board and one for the 7500- board#
170686-101. Are the 2 interchangeable??

From what I can dig up, the 7500 is a European/Asian model and my guess is
that it may not work as a replacement board for mine here in the US. Advice
greatly needed, thank you!
