Default Elitegroup Motherboard, Antec&other Power boot ps 1 sec quits

HI, i built a machine with this amd/duron platform it worked fine,
then was shipped, the cpu fan came off in shipped and seems to have
bent the memory slots, now the machine won't boot with either of 2 new
powersupplies.

well it boots for like 1 sec then dies, i flip the power switch on the
p/s off and on and i can get it to do it again, but that is it.

is the motherboard likely toast/junk or what else can i do?

i took out mboard battery and jumpered the cmos no help, there are no
cards or internals connected at all, tried different memory sticks
etc.

if possible please email answer to

aloha from honolulu

Mike
