Default All in Wonder VE 64MB-no installation disc, need help!

I got this card for my PC off ebay that I want to use for exclusive
video editing. Lo and behold the install disc is broken so I am
somewhat up **** creek, and have no idea what to do. I've tried
installing the drivers from the ATI website but for some reason it
doesn't do the trick. I got it to open the TV capture but then it
wouldn't work. It is uninstalled now and I want to put into use. Any
help is greatly appreciated.
