Have 6GB of Corsair TR3XG1600C9 running at 1600MHz. Installed another 6GB
of the same memory and the bios only see's 8GB.Disable th XMP setting in
the bios and the memory runs at 1066MHz and i get the full 12GB.Anyone any
thoughts on why. Bios is F6. Bottom line- I can only run 8GB at 1600MHz.

My UD3R does something similiar. After playing around with it a bit it
appears to be uncore related. Uncore multiplier needs to be at least double
the memory multiplier so 1600 puts the uncore at 3.2GHZ from the stock
2.13GHZ for non EE chips (EE is 3.2GHZ). Raising the voltage some seem to
has to fixed it.

Jim,thanks for the reply, but the uncore is already running at 3.2MHz. I
have tried everything that I have read on the forums but still cant run
the full 12GB at 1600MHz.Also there are no bent pins on the CPU socket.
