GA EP45-UD3P dual Gigabit Ethernet lost Mac Addresses-- again.
For the second time, my EP45-UD3P has lost it's MAC addresses.
This occurred most recently after a windstorm caused power outage. By flashing the BIOS with the QFLASH utility in the BIOS setup and unchecking the option to keep DMI data, then loading BIOS defaults, they came back. Solution was found he http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/ud3p...de-10-a-34241/ Some say turning-off the Quick Boot option in the BIOS might prevent this from happening... |
