Default ML370G2 not supported?

Hi Folks,

Been a while since I've posted anything here, I have an interesting
problem and was hoping there is a work around.

I'm trying to use a 641 Array controller on a ML370G2, but found when
I insert the card I get a type 2 header error, and the BIOS will not
recognize it.

HP support matrix suggests that it is only supported by the gen3
model.

The PCI-X slot is 66Mhz and the card is 133Mhz, but thought it would
be backward compatible since it fits in to the PCI-X slot.

Are they any known BIOS updates or work around for this?

Thanks,
Doug

Nope - Won't work. Probably, as you've already worked out, a PCI issue.
