Default Swapping Hard Drive Positions in DL380 G3

An admin here accidentally installed the boot device for Windows 2003 in
SCSI ID 5 and 6, and a secondary device in SCSI ID 0 and 1, in a DL380 G3
using SmartArray 5Si. What will happen if we power down, swap positions of
the four drives, and restart? Will the controller be smart enough to
re-assign the drives to the new slots without losing information, or will it
attempt to reinitialize them?
