question: restart Acer laptop after hibernation

Hope this is the correct group for this.....

I have a question:

when my laptop (acer 613TXC) hibernates or falls asleap i get a blue screen
when i want to restart (my guess is it isn't software because i've
reformatted already).
OS windows 2k SP4.

his is the error-message:
