Default PCI512 connectors, what are they?

Found a Soundblaster PCI512 laying around but having problems getting it
going. Just to help my trial and error can someone explain the ports on the
outside of the card.

1. Speaker?
2. Microphone
3. Speaker?
4. Speaker?
5. Game Port

The little pictures on the card seem to look like 1,3, and 4 are for
Speakers????

Manual:

User Guide which has diagrams of the sockets can be downloaded from:
http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/welcome.asp

But here is the info you really want.

Blue = Line In
Red = Microphone In
Green = Line Out (to amplified speakers)
Black = Rear Out
Big Wide One - MIDI/Gameport
