754 Athlon RAM
What type of RAM does this cpu take, will it work with regular ddr 3200 RAM?
or does it have to be some sort of error checking ram?

It has to do with the Motherboard. The Chaintech ZNF3-250 can even use

If you plan on using 3 sticks of DDR, then get the PC2700. This is not a
Dual Channel chipset (the 754 cpus), so you can use either one or two DDR sticks of PC3200 or higher.
