This is described as a "value" product and the CL3 confirms that this is not
high performance memory so you might be best served by going with the SPD
settings. I would bump the DDR voltage up by at least 0.1 v as this product
is rated at 2.6 v +/- 0.1

I'm using it, and I have a little problem, the motherboard doesn't
find my sata maxtor diamondmax plus 9ds harddisck. I've tried
everything I can think of, all of the sata entrance, configuring the
hole BIOS, updating it, it was same as already had, changing boot
sequence, making the sata drive start as pri. master HDD, and all the
other thinks I could think of but noting works.

Could someone please help me

I'll try. Where do you have the Maxtor SATA connected to your
motherboard? Are you going to run the Maxtor SATA along with
another hard drive on the IDE Primary cable or as the only drive
on your PC?
