Default impresora canon bjc-2000

apareció un mensaje que dice: "el depósito de tinta usada está lleno.
Contactese con su proveedor para solucionarlo."
la impresora dejó de imprimir y me informaron que hay que correr un
programa que resetea la impresora para poner un contador en cero y
recién entonces comenzará a imprimir.
Yo la desarmé y limpié el depósito de tinta usada pero no imprime nada
y siempre aparece el mensaje que indiqué arriba.
ALGUIEN SABE QUÉ PROGRAMA HAY QUE CORRER PARA SOLUCIONAR ESTE
PROBLEMA?
A quien pueda informarme MIL GRACIAS.
