Default HDMI and DVI?

If I buy an LCD TV with an HDMI input and graphics card has a DVI output can
they be directly connected?
Do I need one of these adapters?
http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tv...=Adapters.html
What cable will I need to go with it, DVI-D to DVI-D, DVI-I to DVI-I, or DVI
to MI-DA, they are listed on the left of that same page?

Don't use DVI-I cable with the DVI to HDMI adapter in the link you gave,
because DVI-I has four additional pins and won't fit with the adapter.
You'll need either:

DVI-D to DVI-D cable + DVI to HDMI adapter, or
A straight DVI to HDMI cable like this one, saving you the cost of an
adapter: http://www2.dvigear.com/dvihdmi5mlc1.html
