Default Older graphics card suitable for Windows XP?

Hi

Does (older) graphics card: DIAMOND GL1000 8Mb AGP work (at least somehow)
also with Windows XP? There are drivers for Win 95/98 and NT, but not for
XP, so does it still work?

thanks
Juha

Look it up on the Windows HCL Hardware Compatibility List. Go to
www.microsoft.com
and look for it.

There is a good chance it will work.

I think the requirements for the Graphics Cards is higher for XP. Requires
a slightly higher minimum resolution than Win98SE..

Thanx to everybody for you answers. The only thing is, that I didn't find
this message/thread (just got a new broadband) for some reason .... I just
now found it/read it and ... in a mean time I already made a bid to buy
geoforce2 video card mx200 (which works on XP). Sorry for this ... lets see
, if I get that mx200. But nice information from you anyway.
