what does device manager say about USB drivers?
Have you set the LPT/parallel port to ECP? What is in the startup folder? What mainboard? VIA chipset? 4in1's done? Maybe it's not the rundll32 or the usb devices causing the problems. What does the bsod say before the crash? I think you can use msinfo32 or sysinfo32, startup config to see what programs rundll32 are loading for your system. Miles of hd or that 128m might be the problem. Rule out memory with memtest86. More details about the crashes and system might help forum members guess at your problem. |

Click StartRun and type msconfig. Then click on the startup tab and have a look over on the right-hand side for any lines that start with rundll32. These will show you which programs use rundll32 to startup. You can click on the ticks in the boxes on the left to disable those items at startup, if you believe them to be a possible cause of the problem. Rnaapp is used by Dial-up software to access the internet. Guess something is also trying to dial in. -- Peter Ives Remove ALL_STRESS only before sending me an email |
