Default HELP! OUT TO TV - MobileForce 91.37-v2.50e, (s-video) picture ratio problem

Hello. I need some help. I just reinstalled windows on my dell 9300,
and I installed all my drivers and software amd everything is running
very smoothly on my system and fast! However, I am having a problem
with the following driver set XTreme-G MobileForce 91.37-v2.50e.
(tweaksrus.com)

The problem is when I hook my s-video cable from my Notebook to my TV
and play a video file, It outputs to the television (dual video mode),
however the aspect ratio or video frame is wrong on the TV. The video
is stretched when it should be displayed 14:9 for lots of videos. In
this driver set I have no way of setting up the aspect ratio outputted
to the TV and everything is set to 4:9. Changing options in media
player classic only effect the windows desktop and not the video
outputted to the TV. I can only pan the video or zoom in or out and
neither fixes it. I also tried enabling and disabling VMR. Is there a
way I can fix this?

I want to be able to view the video in Media Player Classic on my
desktop and have it play in full screen on the TV at the same time with
the correct aspect ratio.
Right now, I can only get it to play on the desktop in Media Player
Classic and on the TV (wrong ratio) or I can not have it play on the
desktop and extend the desktop to the TV and drag Media Player Classic
to it and maximize it to display in the correct aspect ration, but then
I do not have the video on my noteobok's desktop. This is possible if I
disable Full Screen Video in the driver set and is not how I want to
play videos.

In a previous driver set (i forgot the version) I was able to
accomplish this. I want to use this set though and have the problem
fixed. Can anyone please help me?

Thank You.

That's the problem, it seems to be a bug in current 91.xx driver
versions (the aspect ratio on TV output gets screwed up). You'll likely
have to drop back to a pre-91 driver or wait until a fixed version comes
out.
