Default AIW vs. separate video and tuner

Ok, how would a Radeon 9600 ("Built by ATI", straight 9600, not PRO, not
SE) with a separate PCI TV Wonder Pro compare to an ATI [built by]
All-in-Wonder Pro 9600, or even an AIW 8500 or AIW 8500DV?

Is there heavy loading of the PCI bus to get the TV image between the
two cards that is local to the card and "off the bus" in an
All-in-Wonder? Any difference in image quality between any of the AIW
cards and the TV Wonder Pro ?
