TM 240 doesn't search

Hi,

I recently bought a Travelmate 240 with WinXP Home and when I try to search
for files in the Explorer, it just doesn't work. It claims to be searching
but nothing happens and I get (part of) the assistent and that's is it.

Does anyone have the same experience, is it an Acer or Windows problem?

could it be possible that wot ever you are searching it doesn't exist? Try
using the search from start option.

wot do you mean "is it an Acer ..."? If its a windows problems, you should
have the recovery disks, run a recovery, just in case the recovery disks
used by ACER are corrupted.
