Default Probelms with Leadtek 5900 (A350)

This is the card that is encased and it is giving me problems. I cant run
MS Combat Flight Simulator 3 , well it starts but after usually
after a minute it just crashes back to the desktop, no message just
disappears and my desktop appears. It also happens occasionally in
other games like Max Payne 3 . If I touch the card ( or case to be exact )
I find that its very very hot . I have tried different drivers with no
difference.
btw: MS CFS works in another machine that also has WinXP ( Ti4200)

Athlon XP3000
512meg ram
2x120 Gig as RAID

Any ideas ?

How do you check the card temp? I have the Leadtek A380 5950U with WinFox
software.

How many watts is your power supply 300 or less could cause this problem

Is your card an A350? Or an FX5900?
