Default Windows Media Player/wmv

I've downloaded, via Windows Media Player v8, a small, 38bit movie that
lasts 42 minutes. It reports to be a little over 11MB. I've tried copying
it to a CD and it gives me the message that it won't fit Obviously I'm
not doing something right. Is there anyway to save this to my hard drive
and/or copy to a CD? When I choose Save As and save it to the Desktop, it's
not there. Surely there is a way to do this?
Thanks,
Monica

Right click the wmv link (from the webpage), select something like "Save
As ...". Your Internet Browser should start to download the wmv to your
HD.
