Default Help! Nvidia control panel : system information

Hey guys,

My problem is, under the nvidia control panel, when I go to system
information, it says my cpu:
Processor 0:AMD athlon 64 5200

motherboard infromation:
Vendor: not supported
version: not supported
model:

then it says
fsb frequency: 400.47 (ddr) mhz
does this mean ddr ram not ddr2?
and is this all right?
Thanks , by the way my system is a
amd althon 64 5200 @2.6ghz
asus m2a-vm
1 gig 667mhz kingston ram
160 gig western digital
and of course a nvidia geforce 8800GT (xfx : alpha dog edition)

Nothing wrong here. nVidia Control Panel obviously will not tweak a mobo
with a non-nVidia chipset.

This says your mobo's front side bus (FSB) runs at 400 MHz effective in
double-data rate mode. It has nothing to do with RAM.

Since your motherboard (ASUS M2A-VM ) uses DDR2 RAM and NOT DDR RAM, I guess
that answers THAT question (DDR RAM would not fit into the sockets. Also
DDR RAM never reached 667 MHz.

If you don't have a manual for your system, download it from ASUS.

The control panel report is useless fo non-nVidia chips set motherboard.

For system information, use cpu-z
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

For GPU information, use gpu-z
http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
