Default Activate overlay mode for two monitors?

Hi,

some DirectX applications only display on one display/output. I think
this is due to the overlay mode, that sometimes is only available on on
display/output.

Is it possible to switch overlay on for both outputs?

When I pull a window from one display to the other my computer freezes.

Thanks for any help!
