Default Flatpanel open missing in control panel

Is there any way to force the flatpanel options to appear in the control
panel (driver 94.24).

After a fresh install of windows the flatpanel options appeared the 1st
time I opened the control panel but dissapeared the second time (without
even a reboot).

The monitor is detected as a flat panel by the driver but the "Flat
panel" options are missing. Monitor is connected by DVI.

Anyway to bring back the missing option?
