Default Outsourcing in India... Reverse it.

Since outsourcing seems to be here to stay, why hasn't Dell just reversed
things...

They could build the systems in India, and have the tech support here? UPS
and Fed EX would be happy. It would take a month to get your system, but
only five minutes to fix it, instead of the other way around.

Check out the recent Dilbert cartoons. Ashok moves here from India to
get a good job, they outsource his job to India, he takes it as a
telecommuter and works from home (which is his office cubicle). 8*)

I saw that cartoon. It was very funny (or sad depending on whether you are
a Dell customer or not.)
