Outsourcing in India... Reverse it.
Since outsourcing seems to be here to stay, why hasn't Dell just reversed
things... They could build the systems in India, and have the tech support here? UPS and Fed EX would be happy. It would take a month to get your system, but only five minutes to fix it, instead of the other way around.
