Default Foot pedal to emulate mouse clicks

I am wondering if anyone can point me towards any hardware which is like a
foot pedal mouse-like device (clicker) that can be used to simulate mouse
input left & right click (and ideally could be programmed for a few other
keys/ page up down as well). I'd like a way to control clicking and page up
page down by pressing on a foot pedal(s). I've searched around but not found
anything that's along the lines I am looking for, yet I suspect such must
exist out there somewhere.
Thanks in advance.

That search was pretty easy. Can't claim to know how good the product is but
look at http://www.bilbo.com/ and see if it claims to fill your needs.
