OK, what about a Geforce FX with a "U" after the model number.

The XT or SE or SP on the NVidia is slower Clock/memory speed.
XT is faster on ATI. Check the specs:

It means "Ultra". My advice: don't touch it with a 10 foot poll. Stick with
the non-ultra. You'll be much better off.
