Default Video caching method?

There's two settings in BIOS for that, UC (default) and
USWC. I suppose USWC is better, but does GF3 Ti200
support it? Or does this setting have any effect at all, at
least it's located right next to AGP Aperture Size-option.

Irrelevant, Windows automatically enables USWC (write combining) on modern
cards.
