What's a good SATA RAID card for Linux?

Hello!

I'm here thinking about getting a RAID card, because I'm running out of disk
space. The problem is which one to choose. The idea is to make a rather big
RAID array mostly for storage. Doesn't have to be very fast, but I'd like
to have a card that can use one of the two PCI 66MHz 64bit slots my
motherboard has.

The requierements are roughly:

4 devices
RAID 1+0
Real RAID (that is, not software)
Desirable support for PCI at 64 bit, 66MHz or both.
Has to work with Linux with open source drivers and Windows 2000
Not too expensive

It could be nice if somebody could also recommend a big, but silent hard
drive. Extreme performance is not needed, RAID 0 should give more speed
than I need even with slow disks. I'm planning to go for RAID 0 just
because I'm about to fill my current two hard disks, that are 200GB total.
