Default Nagging question...

This question keeps nagging me so I thought I'd ask here.

My system --
P4PE 2.0A running @ 2.5 @ 125mhz FSB (500mhz quad-pumped) @ 1.525v
DDR333 running at 334mhz (thanks to BIOS)

What's better to have, CPU speed or memory speed???? I've always wanted to
know. I can get this cpu higher but at the expense of lowering my ram
speed.

Any thoughts?
TIA!
