Default Good PSU

Was going to buy a Levicom 450W but heard they have a ticking design fault.
I need a PSU to fit a Chieftec Dragon case but don't want to spend lots.
Would the 400W Skyhawk "Aluminium" 2 be okay for an AMD 2500?

The Antec PSU's are very good and reasonably priced.

My Enermax 435 Watt has worked well and features the bottom mounted intake fan
(an AMD recommendation). OTOH, my PowMAX 400 Watt (w/the dual-fan
configuration) has worked fine as well.
