Alarm sounds from the computer..."

Have NF-7.

Recently, after a few minutes of use, an a alarm sounds (two tone -
such as Eurpoean Ambulance tones...) and soon after the computer shuts
off.

I can restart and then it will happen again.

Ran Symantek newest version anti virus - no problems found ?

Is somethin overheating ?

What is going on ?

That's what it sounds like, or you've enabled monitoring in the bios and
have the temps set too low. Of course it could be really overheating in
which case you need to check the cpu cooler for fan operation and proper
installation. And if it's full of dust, clean it.
