Default Heatsink installation

Issue solved. Alien Zord emailed me with the following, if anyone else
experiences the same problem:

"The 3rd yellow wire is tachogenerator. It enables some software to monitor
the fan speed. Its not needed otherwise."

Thus just put the connection where the previous black and red wires went,
and it works fine.

You will loose the fan monitoring feature that your system has. Most
motherboards come with software to monitor your fans so you know they are
working. It is not a big deal but I would get a fan with that feature
myself.

Not on an old socket 7 board that the OP has he won't. They may have 3
pin fan connectors but i have not known any that actually had the
necessary sensing circuitry built-in.
