Default Do Compaq Armada M700s feature Speedstep CPUs?

I rescued 4 of these systems from an office clearance. There are 2x 500MHz
P3s, 1x 650MHz P3 and 1x 600/750. It is this last one that raises the
question, because in the BIOS, it is reported as a 750, whilst CPUz reports
a 600. What's the reason?

Thanks,

Neil
