Default Nvidia 6200 vs ATI 9600XT

I was try to help someone decide between a Nvidia 6200 (256MB) vs. ATI
9600XT (128MB)?
I'm more an ATI fan (currently using ATI 9600 PRO AIW),
but I believe the Nvidia 6200 cpu design is newer.
They had wanted something to be able to play Battlefield 2.
Their old Nvidia 4200 appears to old to play Battlefield 2.
What is the option of Nvidia users?

Go with the 6200, unless you need the aiw features ofcourse. Do a little
study on the mod trick, and you will find out you can unleash quite some
power from this card. Just did it for a friend, and it scored ~6000 in
3dmark03, where his (rip) 9600XT scored 4000 (different base systems
though).

This episode is called: "an elephant ****s a pig".
But the networks had it changed to "an elephant makes love to a pig".
Which is kind of silly, because if an elephant was on top of the pig,
it wouldnt be making love to it, it would be ****ing it ! [Trey Parker]
