New PC

I am considering buying a new PC from Dell and the graphics card that comes
with it is a 256MB ATI Radeon X1300 Pro.

My current PC has a NVIDIA geforce 6600 (256mb). Which video card is
better?

My current o/s is XP and would be upgrading to Vista.
