asus P4C800 and raid problems

I have a problem with my motherboard asus P4C800, in how much the PC
s' hang up/froze when I'm working, with winXP without blue screen or
particular instabilities before; simply the video screen one remains
frozen.

The stranger thing, that it has happened today, has been during one
cd-burning: the system seemed blocked as usual, but the burn with nero
has gone to good aim... approximately 15 minuten after the moment of
the block.
It's so strange because in other occasions, even listening to music
from the hard disk, all was blocked/frozed, comprised the audio
emission and the led ide remained off.

My PC is so configurated:
ASUS PC4800 DELUXE
WIN XP + SERVICE PACK
INTEL HT 2,8
2x512 MB RAM DUAL CHANNEL
3HD 120 GB SATA MAXTOR (two connected in RAID0 on chipset Promise, one
for documents on chipset Intel)
NVIDIA FX5600
DVD+RW PLEXTOR

The system is thought in order to realize of the workstation or the
economic server configurations.

I have tried physically:
to change motherboard (with an other same model)
to change ram (installing a single different one)
to change to video-card (5200)

Because of the broken of a fixed disc (after three weeks of life) on
the raid and for a presumed inavaibility of another one to change in
guarantee, in the last one weekend I have reinstalled reinstallato the
operating system using therefore two single fixed discs both connects
to Intel chipset (out of raid).
I have tried to burn cd and to make many operations, without problems.

Approval therefore the experience of this weekend, and the last
block/froze, I'm beginning to think that the problems is the raid
driver. After the die of the hard disk, I had taken thinking that all
the problems had to a born product badly in factory.
Today the same problem has been return, after hardly an hour of
uses...


There is someone that has experiences to care or solutions?
